I believe in compassion. The power of standing up for someone other than ourselves and on giving the earth what we were born to give. The more often we extend our creativity and support to others, the more beautiful life and society becomes. We are like waves in a sea, closely linked and dependent on each other to sparkle.

I believe in regular reflection. A fully formed life requires regular reflection, because without well-founded values and trust in combination with our inner self, we get lost. I believe that the answers to all questions are inside us and that empty spaces in the diary are the everyday equivalent of the body’s lungs. Without introspection, we lose power.

I believe in the power of action, because life is short. I believe in each person’s capacity to make a difference far beyond their own sphere and lifetime. Thoughts can move mountains, but without concrete steps, humanity and creativity lose power. We must create what someone else longs to receive.
